Lauren's music is a mix of country, inspirational, jazz contemporary andof course  southern gospel. The Southern part of her was hard to ignore growing up in the deep south. 

Lauren's spiritual heritage is evident as she digs deep into songs about her faith and praise for her creator and Lord.

Referred to as a "Life Guide" by the writing community, Lauren's book "Taking Your Place" was initially directed at women's issues, but found a much larger audience.

"Taking Your Place' teaches how to establish life boundaries, and is helping people everywhere learn how to live freely, love confidently and walk courageously.

Lauren's vision for everyone is that they learn how to communicate their needs and expectations with confidence & joy.
